Narelle has been leading the Altered Images team for the last 19 years. From a young age she knew she wanted to be a hairdresser & after 39 years in the industry she is still in love with hair. She specialises in upstyles & her head massages are a thing of legend.
Narelle is proud to have loyal clients that have been coming to Altered Images since the beginning! She is overjoyed by how receptive the Altered Images community have been about the salon becoming 95% sustainable & delighted to see so many clients donating their hair to charity.

Amy has been hairdressing for 15 years but she has been cutting her dad's hair since she was 12! She is a balayage expert & loves cutting. Clients are always asking for her signature "Amy curls". For Amy, the most rewarding part of working in a sustainable salon is doing hair donations. She is blown away by how eager clients are to donate their hair to someone in need.

Jenni is our newest member of the team but has been hairdressing for 28 years. She started out cutting & styling her Barbie's hair & then her school friend's hair. She specialises in foiling & cutting. Jenni has travelled & worked all over the world from Melbourne to London we are so lucky to have her!
